What is a diesel micro-delivery

A micro-delivery is a small-volume delivery of diesel (typically 200 to 3,000 litres) straight to the customer's address using a tanker or a transport IBC. It differs from bulk delivery to filling stations (10,000+ l) in that it serves end business consumers: construction sites, farmers, hauliers, generator systems.

What we deliver

  • Class B7 diesel (with a bio-component up to 7 % FAME (MEŘO)), EN 590
  • Bio-component-free B0 diesel, for generators, seasonal equipment and long-term storage
  • Winter classes D and F (CFPP −20 °C and −32 °C respectively) in the period November to March

What we do not do

  • Petrol (Natural 95, 98, 100)
  • LPG, CNG, AdBlue as a standalone delivery
  • Micro-deliveries to private individuals for personal use

Who the service is for

  • Construction companies: excavators, crushers, cranes and other machinery on site. Instead of driving round to a filling station, we deliver diesel straight to the construction site, often out of sight (a key element in preventing fuel theft).
  • Farmers: seasonal consumption (spring: sowing, harvest). A micro-delivery covers a short-term increase in consumption without the need to build your own large-capacity tank.
  • Transport companies and vehicle fleets: own storage tank of 5 to 20 m³, regular planned delivery once supplies run low.
  • Data centres, hospitals, industry: filling of backup generators; periodic fuel renewal to prevent biological sludge forming in the tank.
  • Operators of above-ground tanks: small companies with a local tank of 1 to 5 m³ for whom a bulk delivery would not pay off.

  • Fuel standard: EN 590 (standard B7), B0 or winter classes on request

How we proceed step by step

  1. Enquiry. Send us the volume, type (B7 / B0 / winter), delivery location and required date. Email info@phmarket.cz.
  2. Price quote. Within a few hours (working day) we confirm availability, the current price and the delivery date.
  3. Delivery confirmation. We issue a pro forma invoice (first order) or confirm the date for an existing customer.
  4. Tanker dispatch. The tanker arrives at the agreed time. The driver checks access to the tank and begins dispensing.
  5. Dispensing and delivery note. During dispensing the volume is read off the calibrated meter, and a delivery note is issued with the date, time and signature.
  6. Invoice. We issue a tax document within 5 working days of delivery, with payment terms as agreed.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum and maximum delivery volume?

The typical range of a micro-delivery is 200 to 3,000 litres per delivery. We handle smaller volumes (from 200 l) using a transport IBC or a tanker with a smaller dispensing unit; larger volumes (3,000+ l) are handed over to a partner tanker. For regular orders (e.g. farmers in season) we arrange cyclical deliveries on a monthly or weekly basis.

How is the price of diesel set?

The price is based on the current wholesale price of diesel (referenced against ČEPRO or Unipetrol) on the day of delivery. Transport (calculated according to distance from the depot and volume) and margin are added to this. We always confirm the final price before delivery. For regular customers we offer price indexation to Brent or the ČEPRO price list.

Is the fuel dispensed directly into my tank, or just handed over in a canister?

The tanker dispenses diesel directly into your above-ground or underground tank through a dispensing hose with a meter (calibrated in accordance with Act No. 505/1990 Coll. on metrology). We issue a delivery note stating the volume in litres at 15 °C, the date and the driver's signature. This is not 'diesel in a canister'. It is a standard wholesale delivery.

What fuel do you deliver? Does it comply with EN 590?

We deliver class B7 diesel (with the mandatory bio-component up to 7 % FAME (MEŘO)) in accordance with the EN 590 standard. On request we can also supply diesel without a bio-component (B0), which is suitable for machinery left standing for long periods (agriculture, generators, seasonal equipment) because it does not form biological sludge. In winter we deliver winter class D (CFPP down to −20 °C) or arctic class (CFPP −32 °C) depending on the current period.

How quickly does the delivery arrive?

Standard delivery when confirmed by 10:00 in the morning: typically the next working day, otherwise within 72 hours. Emergency delivery for generators and transport (within 24 hours) is handled individually depending on capacity.

Will you issue a VAT invoice, and what payment do you accept?

We invoice as a VAT payer as standard (rate 21 %), with payment terms of 7 to 14 days for regular customers; for a first order we require payment in advance or cash on delivery. We accept bank transfer; cash only up to the limit of 270,000 CZK in accordance with Section 4 of the Act on the restriction of cash payments.

Do you operate across the whole Czech Republic?

Yes. Our base is in Český Těšín (Moravian-Silesian Region), but we regularly deliver throughout the Czech Republic. The eastern half of the country is the most logistically convenient; for the Plzeň and Karlovy Vary regions we plan deliveries with a longer lead time (typically 3 to 5 days).

Need a diesel delivery?

Write to us with the volume, fuel type (B7 / B0 / winter), location and required date. We will prepare a price quote during working hours.
